At Kate Pollmann Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept a return. Unworn merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receiving shipment for a full refund, less shipping costs. To return merchandise, please send all returns via a traceable carrier. Kate Pollmann Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Repairs
We will happily repair damaged merchandise bought through katepollmann.com. Components may not be available to repair merchandise more than 6 months old. Charges for repairs may apply. Please email repairs@katepollmann.com for more information.

Avoid direct contact with water and chemicals
Please use care when applying perfume or lotion as these too may cause discoloration and damage to your jewelry.
The stones and gems used in our pieces can vary in size, shape and color. Each piece, though crafted from the same materials, can be different and unique.
